Day 8: Craziest Night Ever
Wow! I never expected that yesterday's Digg song would get so much publicity/support! Thank you Diggers and THANK YOU to my sisters Misa (left) and Emi (right) for backing me up :)
Last night my "Gotta Digg" video made it to #1 in Digg.com's "Top 10 in All Topics" list and it got over 22,000 plays on youtube!! I think i experienced the craziest and most exciting 5 hour period of time in my life last night. Thank you all for your support, diggs, and awesome messages. I really really appreciate everything.
This video is "Down and Gone", AKA "The Blue Song" (since no one can ever seem to remember the real title.) I apologize for my slight zombie-ness, there have been way too many days in a row with way too much excitement, and as a result, way too little sleep.
Merry Christmas Eve!! Tomorrow I may post two videos for you. One is a Christmas song that I cowrote recently, and the other is a gift to all of the amazing General Hospital fans that have been such a huge support group for me lately-- I'll be recording an unplugged version of "Ours To Keep," Jason and Elizabeth's song.
Ok, all for now! I gotta get rested so I can be in good form come Christmas tree decorating time tomorrow.

If you don't get a record deal, there is something wrong with the music industry. Your voice alone would be enough to sell a hit song. The fact that you can actually play guitar and write intelligent, meaningful lyrics is just icing on the cake. Here's hoping I can buy your album this time next year.
