The heart that started it all...

Hippety! My mom made these shirts back in the day. Again, to my left is Misa, the older sister, and to my right is Emi, my younger sister. Why are we always in that order? Starting to weird me out a little!

You may recognize Hippety Heart from such videos as "Message From Your Heart." Maybe it is all thanks to Hippety that I wrote this song.

Well, I am getting a sore throat. I think that's my cue.

night all,
kina

Hippety (implying happy, light, bouncy) Heart was the brain child of a dr in LA back in the '70s. It was his vehicle for teaching children about good health. I designed the way the character looked. Wonder what ever happened to Hippety Heart? (I heard he went on to Youtube fame!)

thank heaven for little girls

I had to go back and watch the Message From Your Heart video, and there was the shirt!
Does the shirt still fit? Or rather, did you grow into fitting it just right? :P

I meant to ask... what is the name of the song you played on your Jan 12th post and is it available on any of your CD's? You blew me away with that song! Is the song "Together" or something along those lines?
Keep up the awesome, Kina. All the Best

Looking forward more then ever to to your next video!!

I hope you get that chair back! I'm sure in 20 years from now you will be able to look back at that chair and say thats where it all started..

Cute video Kina! That's kind of a curious phenomenon with the whole ordered-by-age standing next to eachother. Maybe it's just a thing with all siblings; I'll ask around/look around in pictures of my friends to see if that's the case with their siblings. Maybe it's a deeper universal when-standing-order-by-age feeling that is within all people with siblings.

Heh. Don't get me wrong, I would never buy a macbook air, nor would I suggest any of my friends to either. I'm just saying I believe there is a market; it's just that the market doesn't include me or any of my friends. I don't think it'll succeed in terms of a massive overtaking of laptop sales, but I believe there will still be a group that is interested in buying it.

Huzzah! My CDs came today. Thanks for signing the one, and the little note too! I even loved the tape you used on the package - just to let you know, the contents were, indeed, still fresh upon arrival. ;)

You're a real sweet (hippity) heart, and I hope the way the contest goes ends up for the best, win or lose.

I promise I'll stay on top of it better from now on. I hope everyone can forgive me. No one likes to be the weak link in the chain.

@J.C. - R.E. Sony's reaction to the MBA:

You really have to take Sony's comments with a grain of salt. The X505 was created way back in 2005 (props to Sony for trying this out so early on!). There's three major differences between the X505 and the MBA that you really need to consider when comparing the three-years separated 'puters:
1) Sony put an optical drive in the X505. Takes up space that could belong to other devices.
2) Intel Processors have come a long way in the last three years. Do you remember processors of 2005? Energy hungry Pentium 4s, efficient but slow Pentium Ms, and the corner cutting Celerons. Intel ramped up fabrication of this new Core 2 Duo design to meet Apple's timeline on this. And Core 2 Duo is MUCH more powerful than those chips.
3) The OS. Apple has a lot of fans in the OS department. Another small Windows platform right now might not make sense because MS is pushing Vista so hard. Apple, on the other hand, has Leopard which works great on older hardware (my three year old Powerbook with 1GB of RAM is super quick on Leopard... and it'd get trounced by the Air!).

Apple's and Oranges, my friend!
